Building work has started at Hautbois, taking us to the next stage of furnishing and accessorising the new facilities.

The extension will provide an innovative and versatile resource at Hautbois which is due to open in May 2007.

The new room will provide

  . a superb training environment for up to 60 people

  . conference or theatre style seating

  . dining facilities in a variety of layouts

  . versatility in use

To achieve all this, we still need to raise a further £50,000+ to furnish and equip both this room and a new shop which will stock a wide range of Girlguiding UK, Anglia and Hautbois merchandise.

How to choose and donate towards an item

If you wish to donate towards a specific item either:

If you are a UK tax payer use Gift Aid and you can make your donation worth more. For every pound you give, we get an extra 28p* from the Inland Revenue. Just tick the box??. It's that simple. Imagine the difference that could make - and it doesn't cost you anything!

To qualify for Gift Aid what you pay in income tax or capital gains tax must at least equal the amount we will claim in the tax year.

* Correct at time of printing. The amount of Gift Aid may be varied in future budgets.

What happens next?

Your payment will be treated as a cash donation towards fundraising for the dining room and not as a direct payment for the item listed.

Your donation shall be not be affected should the price of the item differ from that originally above.

Girlguiding Anglia has full responsibility for the purchase, collection and delivery for all the items.  No further contribution is required from you following payment.

All donations will be recorded in an album.
