BOOKING PROCEDURE
1. Telephone to check availability of dates and to provisionally book
your residential stay at Great Hautbois House. If you would like activities
then also check that there are no prior bookings on the days that you
want. Provisional bookings for campsites can be held with approval for
28 days. Activities are only booked on receipt of an Activity Booking
Form.
2. Send to Great Hautbois House your completed booking form with all the
information including any activities required, sign that you have read
and understood the booking conditions and enclose a deposit cheque based
on the expected campsite cost to secure the booking, please make cheques
payable to 'The Guide Association Anglia Region'. Please also enclose
an A4 stamped self addressed envelope.
3. We will send you confirmation of your booking, a receipt for your deposit
and further information concerning your stay.
4. You will be invoiced after your departure and
will be required to settle any outstanding amounts within two weeks of
invoicing.
It is advised that groups take out cancellation insurance
to cover unexpected cancellations
